Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commi I to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in Asian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi I in an Asian cuisine setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including stoves, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Commitment to delivering high-quality food products that meet customer expectations.
