POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

The primary focus of this role is to lead and drive the Commercial Excellence projects in executing the company’s Strategic and Profit plans with a key focus on delivering value to the customers in terms of Commercial Excellence, mainly related to Pricing and customer Management.

Principal Activities

Pumps EMEA Price List and Price Increase Management

·         Lead annual list price management

·         Oversee the price increase process for all P-EMEA sites

·         Price list management including integration into the web shop

·         Maintenance of the Pricing Matrix (uploading, updating, communication management)

Customer Classification Management

·         Lead functional blocks in Customer Differentiation (80/20) company program

·         Analyze, summarize, and provide strategic recommendation from Customer satisfaction surveys

Pricing Process Management and Harmonization across all Sites

·         Review, harmonization, and implementation of pricing processes

·         Drive Development and Internationalization of Pricing Guidelines

Management of Value-Based Pricing Projects

·         Provide Business analytics and support for value-based pricing projects

·         Lead cross-functional, international projects for various pricing initiatives to generate additional impact.

Deputize reporting manager

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

·         Energetic, self-starter with ability to drive strategic initiatives and organizational-level results independently.

·         Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional, international projects.

·         Strong knowledge of pricing processes, ideally within an international industrial environment

·         Proficient in SAP (R/3, S/4HANA) and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), with the ability to leverage tools for strategic decision-making and reporting.

·         Proven experience in project management and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and multiple nationalities

·         Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a structured and data-driven mindset

Education & Experience

·         Degree in business administration (international business) or industrial engineering or an equivalent qualification

·         8-10 years of relevant professional experience, including handling international markets and strategic projects.
