Job Description

As a Commercial Excellence Manager, your role will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the sales team's performance, optimize processes, and drive overall commercial excellence across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish and manage the Commercial Excellence function by defining the vision, mission, objectives, and structure of the Sales Excellence team. - Develop a comprehensive strategy to improve sales performance, efficiency, and account retention. - Create and implement standard operating procedures for the new function. - Design and implement a robust sales and account performance monitoring system. - Support the sales team in maintaining and reporting on ongoing sales and account performance. - Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales and account effectiveness. - Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into sales and account performance. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Assess the current sales technology stack and recommend improvements. - Research and evaluate appropriate sales support tools, software, and training. - Lead the implementation, adoption, and maintenance of selected tools across the sales organization. - Identify training needs through assessments and performance analysis. - Deliver comprehensive training programs, including onboarding for new sales team members. - Develop market-specific training modules as the company expands to new markets. - Measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine them. - Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity. - Develop and maintain sales collateral, including pitch decks and commercial proposals. - Identify areas of risk and concern for leadership to implement appropriate mitigation support. - Implement best practices for lead management and sales pipeline optimization. - Establish a framework for conducting effective Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). - Lead comprehensive quarterly business reviews. - Analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends aligned with strategic goals. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in commercial excellence, performance management, or a similar role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with a passion for commercial excellence, adept at implementing innovative solutions, and capable of making a significant impact by building a high-performing Commercial Excellence function from the ground up.,
