Job Description

Position Overview The Brand Activation Manager, India is responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact marketing events, activations, and partnerships that bring the Pay10 brand to life across consumer and merchant touchpoints. This includes offline activations, pop-ups, road shows, merchant events, partner-led activations, and participation in industry events and trade shows that drive merchant acquisition, brand trust, and adoption. Key Responsibilities Event & Activation Management Plan and execute owned offline activations, pop-ups, road shows, and merchant engagement events across key cities. Design and deliver brand experiences aligned with product launches, market-specific priorities, and regional cultural moments. Coordinate Pay10’s presence at industry events and trade shows to generate merchant leads and amplify brand visibility. Campaign Integration & Execution Collaborate with product marketing and growth teams to integrate activations into broader go-to-market campaigns. Support execution of brand ambassador-led events and co-branded promotions with merchants and ecosystem partners. Manage activation timelines, creative assets, and field teams to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence. Partnership & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and regional stakeholders to execute events within budget and scope. Develop activation playbooks and toolkits for regional replication and scalability. Support collaboration with partners for joint events, in-store activations, and ecosystem amplification. Qualifications & Experience 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, activations, or event management within fintech, FMCG, or lifestyle industries. Proven track record of delivering high-impact, scalable brand experiences in India. Strong vendor management, project planning, and field execution skills. Experience managing merchant activations and regional partner marketing campaigns.
