Organisation: Pay10(Formerly known as Bhartipay Services) Job Description: Sales Manager – Payments/Fintech (4–7 Years) Role: Sales Manager Experience: 4 to 7 Years Location: Delhi (Lajpat Nagar IV) Industry Preference: Fintech, Banking, Telecom, IT/SAAS Compensation Range: As per the industry Standards Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in any stream Communication Skill: Good communication skills are essential Key Responsibilities: Contribute to market expansion through onboarding of merchants and payment product sales. Support user acquisition and deployment of digital payment solutions. Plan and track sales targets and delivery within allocated geographies. Ensure visibility of payment products at merchant locations and manage day-to-day operations. Achieve cross-selling targets and maintain merchant engagement and satisfaction. Use data to identify trends, flag issues, and optimize territory performance. Work closely with team leads and senior management to execute on-ground strategies. Provide on-the-job training and support to junior sales executives. Key Requirements: Proven experience in leading large-scale B2B sales operations in Fintech or similar sectors. Strong grasp of digital payment ecosystems and merchant onboarding practices. Advanced skills in Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred). Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills. Track record of delivering consistent growth and scalable execution.
