Job Description: Senior Sales Manager – Payments/Fintech (7–10 Years) Role: Senior Sales Manager Experience: 7 to 10 years Location: Delhi (Lajpat Nagar IV) Industry Preference: Fintech, Banking, Telecom, IT/SAAS Compensation Range: As per the industry Standards Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in any stream Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential Key Responsibilities: Lead market share growth in assigned geographies and categories. Identify and convert new prospects; manage key merchant relationships. Strategically plan sales coverage areas based on market dynamics. Drive visibility and accountability through product deployment and sales performance. Ensure successful cross-selling of fintech/payment products to existing and new merchants. Set clear targets and communicate execution plans to teams to avoid delivery gaps. Analyze sales & merchant data to develop and adjust market execution strategies. Coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams; oversee training and development. Oversee regional teams and ensure strong collaboration between clients and internal stakeholders . Key Requirements: Proven experience in leading large-scale B2B sales operations in Fintech or similar sectors. Strong grasp of digital payment ecosystems and merchant onboarding practices. Advanced skills in Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred). Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
