Senior Sales Manager

• Candidates applying must be experienced in sales and having an experience dealing with clients in the sectors of Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals, and Fertilizers.
• Must have strong sales skills and excellent hold over clients along with an experience in the technology industry.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained with maximum customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers
• Ability to negotiate and influence others
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Required Candidates Profile:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• The candidate should have at least 5 years to 10 years of Industrial sales experience.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to work independently and understand client's needs, and present solutions.
• High appetite to learn, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and ability to work across functions.
• Should have the flexibility to travel for planned and impromptu business trips.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
