About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive admissions growth for our School Tuitions, online coaching for Medical and Engineering Entrance Examinations, and public school. The role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the education sector, and proven experience

in scaling sales across multiple centres or regions.

Key

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth


Develop and execute region-wise and centre-wise sales plans for school tuition and NEET/JEE programs and public school. Drive monthly and annual admissions targets across assigned territories. Identify new market opportunities, competitor movements, and pricing strategies

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management


Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of counsellors, admission officers and business development executives Implement structured training sessions to improve student counselling and conversion skills.Set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure high team productivity.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion


Build strong channels with schools, coaching centres, and student communities.Oversee outreach activities such as seminars, school presentations, parent meetings, and events.Track funnel metrics: leads, walk-ins, counselling quality, and admissions conversion.
