Commercial Excellence Manager

As the Commercial Excellence Manager at CIRCOR Industrial, located in Thane, your primary focus will be to lead, drive, and support the Commercial Excellence Team in executing the company's Strategic and Profit plans. Your main responsibility will be to deliver value to customers through Commercial Excellence, focusing on Pricing and Customer Management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the Pumps EMEA Price List and Price Increase processes, including annual list price management and integration into the web shop. - Leading functional blocks in Customer Differentiation as part of the company's Customer Classification Management program. - Reviewing, harmonizing, and implementing pricing processes across all sites for better Pricing Process Management and Harmonization. - Supporting Business analytics and value-based pricing projects, including Global Project Management for various Pricing Initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Energy and drive to achieve results independently or as part of a team in an international environment. - Strong knowledge of pricing processes, especially in an industrial setting. - Proficiency in SAP (R/3, S/4HANA), MS Office (especially Excel), and project management. - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will have: - A degree in business administration or industrial engineering. - Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an industrial environment. - Experience in working with international markets.
