Commercial Excellence Manager

As a Commercial Excellence Manager at CIRCOR Industrial, your primary focus will be to lead, drive, and support the Commercial Excellence Team in implementing the company's Strategic and Profit plans. Your key responsibility will be to deliver value to customers through Commercial Excellence, particularly in Pricing and customer Management. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for various activities including: - Managing Pumps EMEA Price List and Price Increase - Leading Customer Classification Management - Managing Pricing Process and Harmonization across all Sites - Handling Value-Based Pricing Projects - Deputizing the reporting manager when required **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsibility for annual list price management - Management of the price increase process for all P-EMEA sites - Maintenance of Pricing Matrix and integration into the web shop - Leading functional blocks in Customer Differentiation program - Reviewing, harmonizing, and implementing pricing processes - Developing International Pricing Guidelines - Providing business analytics and support for value-based pricing projects - Managing Global Project Management for various Pricing Initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Energetic, self-starter with the ability to drive results independently - Strong knowledge of pricing processes in an international industrial environment - Proficiency in SAP (R/3, S/4HANA) and MS Office, especially Excel - Experience in project management and managing complex projects - Degree in business administration or industrial engineering - Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an industrial setting - Experience in handling international markets This role offers you the opportunity to utilize your skills in pricing, project management, and international business to contribute to the success of the Commercial Excellence team at CIRCOR Industrial.,
