🔹 Key Responsibilities

Business Delivery

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with US collections laws and regulations, including

  FDCPA

  .
• Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial support.
• Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, objectives, and organizational changes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring adherence to deadlines and SOPs.
• Monitor team performance to ensure collection targets and KPIs are consistently met.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement impactful solutions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and support the workforce while enabling operational excellence.
• Foster an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative team culture.
• Drive long-term talent strategy including engagement, development, succession planning, and retention.
• Develop a strong team structure aligned with delivering best-in-class client experience and long-term value.

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  1 year experience as a Team Leader

  in a US third-party collections environment.
• Proven experience in operations management or team leadership in a fast-paced setting.
• Successful track record of achieving operational targets and driving improvements.
• Strong knowledge of the US collections cycle and collection pyramid.
• Deep understanding of

  FDCPA

  and relevant state laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience using collections software and reporting tools.
