Our Approach: We partner with our lenders by taking charge of their collections portfolio, allowing them to focus on customer acquisition while we ensure efficient recovery from their customers. Our technology-driven platform leverages machine learning algorithms to optimise collections strategies and drive maximum recovery rates. Job Description: Responsibilities: * Telecalling: Initiate collection efforts through outbound calls to customers with overdue payments. * Advising: Act as a Financial Advisor for the customers explaining about the problems they face if they miss out the EMIs paying on time. * Customer Interaction: Professionally negotiate repayment terms, understanding customers' financial situations. * Payment Follow-Up: Ensure timely repayments and maintain accurate records. * Collections Targets: Meet individual collection goals set by team lead or manager. * Customer Assistance: Resolve payment-related queries or concerns. * Compliance: Follow legal and ethical guidelines in collections. * Customer Data Management: Keep customer records updated in the collection system. * Reporting: Update team lead or manager on collection activities. * Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve strategies. * Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and policy compliance. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months - 6 years of Experience in Collections * Must be Multilingual ( Proficiency in 2 Regional Languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Odia and Gujarati ) * Proficiency in English Language will be an Added Advantage. * DRA Certificate if Available * Strong Communication and Negotiation skills * Target-driven and Result-oriented * Empathetic and Customer-focused * Basic Computer skills * Graduation or Equivalent with Minimum 12th Pass.
