Job Description : We are hiring a Quality Analyst for our collections team. The role involves monitoring calls, ensuring compliance, evaluating agent performance, and sharing feedback to improve overall quality and customer experience. Responsibilities : Audit and evaluate collection calls. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Identify performance gaps and provide feedback to agents. Prepare reports and maintain quality dashboards. Collaborate with operations and training teams for process improvements. Key SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication (written & verbal). Attention to detail and compliance knowledge. Experience in call monitoring & reporting. Knowledge of collections process (early, late stage, recovery). QualificationsGraduate in any stream. 2–4 years’ experience as Quality Analyst in Collections/BPO. Proficiency in MS Excel & QA tools.
