Role Description

The Collection Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will oversee collection activities within the organization, including managing a team of collection executives, ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments, and maintaining productive relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include monitoring the collection process to ensure compliance with company policies, implementing strategies to optimize recovery, preparing regular reports, and addressing escalations. The role requires high coordination with other departments to drive effective resolution of delinquent accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of credit collection processes, debt recovery strategies, and legal compliance
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance monitoring, and generating timely reports
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills, negotiation expertise, and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience working in financial services or a related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant financial and CRM software tools
