Creating vendor/contractor database for various trades Empanelment of vendors/contractors trade wise Shortlisting vendors/contractors for various tender packages basis bid criteria Floating tenders to shortlisted vendors/contractors Following up for tender/bid submissions Creating/developing comparative statement at every stage of bid for various tender packages Preparing LOI/LOA/Contract document/Contract agreements Preparing and issuing amendments in SAP MIS for contract and procurement department Creating work orders/purchase orders in SAP and getting it approved Follow up with vendor/contractors for various contractual compliances time to time.
