We are currently looking to hire a Team Leader – Collection Profile for our Ranchi office, who will be responsible for overseeing our operations across Jharkhand. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the on-ground collection team for the Jharkhand region. Ensure regular follow-ups, escalations, and closures for allocated portfolios. Build and maintain strong relationships with field executives and collection partners. The candidate must be capable of independently handling client coordination and reporting. The individual must bring along existing portfolios of Banks/NBFCs to initiate business from day one. Coordinate with HO for daily MIS and escalations. Location:The candidate will be stationed at our existing office in Ranchi. Accommodation within the office premises can also be provided if needed. Candidate Profile:Proven experience in collections, recovery, and field team handling. Prior experience as a Team Leader or similar supervisory role in the financial recovery domain. Must have existing contacts and portfolios from Banks or NBFCs. Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. We are seeking someone proactive, well-networked in the industry, and capable of growing our presence in the Jharkhand market.
