Collection Manager

Role Overview: As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the collections process for a diverse portfolio including two-wheeler loans, business loans, and secured loans. Your role will involve leading a team of collection officers, implementing strategic collection approaches, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and minimizing delinquency rates. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, coupled with a profound understanding of the lending and collections sector.
