Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Manager located in Barelly. Kashganj The Collection Manager will oversee and manage collection efforts, ensure timely recovery of payments, maintain accurate collection records, communicate with clients to resolve issues, and support the development of strategies for improving collection efficiency. The role involves working closely with internal teams and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. Qualifications Proficiency in Debt Collection, Payment Recovery, and Credit Management Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills Strong Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail, and Analytical Skills Experience with Financial Reporting, Record-Keeping, and Compliance with protocols Proficiency in tools and systems for managing collection processes Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively Understanding of rural or micro-finance markets is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
