Job Description

The Collection Manager will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, maintaining regular communication with clients, and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance professionalism with persistence, ensuring our cash flow remains healthy without compromising client relationships. Maintain regular contact with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment schedules. Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts and take necessary actions for collection. Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow while maintaining positive client relationships. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Customer Support) to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes. Track and document all communication with clients. Prepare and provide regular reports on collection status, outstanding accounts and cash flow projections to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations regarding collections. Continuously evaluate and improve the collections process for increased efficiency and client satisfaction.
