Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Manager, located in Ajmer. The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection process of loan repayments, managing a team of collection officers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role includes developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring team performance, handling complex collection cases, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. The Collection Manager will also liaise with customers to negotiate repayment plans and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in collection management, loan repayments, and developing collection strategies
Ability to manage and lead a team of collection officers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in microfinance
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and handling complex collection cases
Experience in customer service and relationship management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
