Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our B2B Sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, with a focus on CCTV, Fire Alarm and Telecom products . You will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, partner engagement and project-based solution selling. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for CCTV, Fire Alarm and Telecom solutions. Identify, engage and manage system integrators, channel partners and corporate clients. Generate new business leads and nurture existing relationships to achieve sales targets. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. Coordinate with internal pre-sales, technical and logistics teams for seamless project execution. Prepare and present proposals, quotations and product demos. Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and customer databases. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction post-sales. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales within CCTV, Fire or Telecom domains. Strong understanding of security, surveillance and communication technologies. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, tech-savvy and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
