About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to drive enterprise and end-customer sales for our technology solutions portfolio. This is a field-based role focused on acquiring and managing direct business clients — corporates, factories, institutions, and government organizations. The role suits individuals who have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the passion to achieve big goals in life. Key Responsibilities: Identify and meet decision-makers in IT, admin, and procurement departments of target organizations. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions (CCTV, Access Control, IP PBX, Networking, and related products). Generate new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships. Prepare and present solution-oriented sales proposals and quotations. Collaborate with the technical team for product demonstrations and solution design. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Maintain visit reports, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM. Requirements: Education: Any Graduate (Preferred: Marketing, Business, or Engineering). Experience: 0–3 years in enterprise / B2B field sales (Freshers with strong communication and ambition are encouraged). Must Have: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Two-wheeler and valid driving license for field travel. Strong customer-handling and presentation skills. Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn.
