Sales Executive (Field Sales)

As a Sales Field Executive at Prime Infoserv, a leading Cyber Advisory and Managed Security Services company, your primary role will involve driving B2C sales and enhancing our market presence. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through direct sales efforts. You will be actively engaged in conducting direct B2C field sales visits to both potential and existing customers. It will be essential to identify new leads and business opportunities to expand market penetration. Presenting Prime Infoserv's cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and compliance solutions to clients, as well as following up on leads and nurturing relationships to ensure successful conversions, will be key aspects of your role. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business will be crucial. Collaboration with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to address client needs, negotiating pricing effectively, and providing daily reports and sales forecasts to the management team are also part of your responsibilities. Attending networking events, seminars, and industry exhibitions to establish business connections, as well as staying updated with industry trends and competitor offerings, will be important for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. While 1-5 years of experience in IT sales, field sales, or B2C sales is preferred, freshers with strong motivation are encouraged to apply. Strong persuasion, lead generation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a good understanding of IT products, cybersecurity solutions, and enterprise sales. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred, and a willingness to travel locally within the assigned region is required. Familiarity with CRM software and daily reporting tools will be beneficial.
