Job Description

A gold loan officer helps customers get short-term loans using their gold as collateral. They also ensure customers have a smooth experience with the loan application process. Responsibilities Field work Valuing gold using an approved valuation method Disbursing loans according to policy Conducting credit appraisals Sanctioning loans Assisting with document preparation Entering data and managing accounts Safekeeping gold and managing storage keys Supporting the collection team Monitoring the loan process Creating reports Qualifications Knowledge of gold loan products, gold purity testing, and underwriting Understanding of RBI regulations and gold loan compliance Experience in handling sales Proven experience in a managerial role Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
