Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Pune. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating gold jewelry and other assets as loan collateral, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting gold loan products to potential customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating gold jewelry and assets for collateral purposes
• Strong understanding of loan processing and compliance procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in record keeping and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
