Collection Manager

Job Description: As a Collection Manager for Two Wheeler portfolio, your role involves overseeing the Bkt Collection and Write-off recovery. You will be responsible for managing a team of Collection Associates/Officers and agencies to ensure timely collection efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring adequate manpower and agencies for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms, 100% Mobile App usage with quality feedback/trails updated, specific focus on Non-starters and visiting delinquent cases, coordination with Sales, Credit underwriting, and RIC team for portfolio quality management, recommending legal actions for critical cases, and ensuring no delay in deposition of money. Your main focus will be on maintaining portfolio quality management and delivering targeted performance through effective cost management.
