Job Description

Role & responsibilities
Insta PL Collection Dashboard preparation and reporting
Monitoring & training of field executive & agency management for effective business impact.
Coordination with Branches and other stakeholders for maximum resolution of delinquent customers.
Maintaining healthy Insta PL portfolio quality with least delinquency Identification of Early Warning Signals for timely collection of dues from customers for initiating region specific corrective actions.
Managing customer complaints & resolution of exceptions in the processes.
Managing Costs in collection follow ups for improving collection efficiency
All Other Works as assigned by seniors.

Preferred candidate profile

Male candidate preferred
Age should be between 25 - 35
Should have maximum experience in Collection along with team handling experience.
