Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Cluster Manager at Pointo, based in Siliguri. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations in the assigned cluster, manage and support VLE partners, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive growth initiatives. Your role will involve planning and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Collaboration with different teams will be essential to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement.
