(OPPO) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Area Manager / Cluster Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, branding, and profitability of 10+ showrooms across your assigned region in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of the mobile retail industry. You should have a proven track record of managing multiple retail outlets, driving customer walk-ins, optimizing stock and branding strategies, and leading teams to achieve business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and analyse Profit & Loss statements to ensure each showroom meets its revenue and profitability targets. • Drive sales performance across all showrooms, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals. • Lead, motivate, and guide showroom managers and sales teams to deliver outstanding customer service and performance. • Implement innovative strategies to increase footfall and customer walk-ins to showrooms. • Ensure all stores maintain OPPOs branding standards, in-store visibility, and promotional displays effectively. • Monitor stock levels, product movement, and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory at all times. • Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance the skills, performance, and productivity of showroom teams. • Prepare and manage budget planning for new store openings and operational projects. • Identify and evaluate potential properties for new stores (NSO) in line with business expansion goals.


• Oversee store setup arrangements, including interiors, utilities, and equipment installation. Key Requirements: • Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in retail management, specifically in mobile phone stores (preferably with Samsung, Apple, or similar brands in chain stores or modern trade). • Prior experience managing multiple stores, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple locations and drive overall profitability. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage diverse teams. • Proven track record of transforming underperforming stores into profitable operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. • High level of customer service orientation and passion for operational excellence. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and customer preferences. • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management or related fields
