Product: Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)

Channel: DSA Only

Location:

Role Overview

Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive
Prime LAP sourcing
exclusively through
DSA partners
Handle and oversee
high-ticket Prime LAP cases
ranging from
₹75 Lacs to ₹20–25 Cr
Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key DSA partners
Ensure strict adherence to
pricing discipline (ROI ~10–10.5%)
Oversee end-to-end loan lifecycle: sourcing, login, sanction & disbursement
Maintain strong portfolio quality and compliance with credit policies
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams
Support business growth while ensuring risk and policy adherence

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory – Non-Negotiable)

Total LAP experience:
Minimum
7–8 years
(Prime LAP only)
Channel experience:

DSA Prime LAP only
(No branch banking profiles)
Current/Recent exposure:
Handling
average ticket size ₹2–3 Cr+
Stability:
Minimum
2 years
in current/previous organization
Strong exposure to high-value property-backed lending
