Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cluster Manager to join our team at GoKhana, with 3-7 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple locations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve exceptional service standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and partnerships.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing large-scale hospitality projects or similar roles.
Strong leadership and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex issues and challenges.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
