Cluster Manager

As a Cluster Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team of agents under your supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the achievement of the team's business targets (sales, renewals, and persistency) through effective team management and channel development. - Build and maintain a robust agency network, brokers, and other distribution partners. - Monitor and enhance productivity of sales executives and channel partners. - Ensure smooth branch operations with adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. - Promote health insurance products in line with company strategies and customer needs. - Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to the sales team. - Lead local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility. - Address customer queries and resolve escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Ensure accurate and timely MIS/reporting to regional and head office teams.
