About the Role:

Cloud Kitchen Operations & Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen & Production Management

• Oversee day-to-day cloud kitchen operations ensuring hygiene, quality, and timeliness.
• Manage kitchen staff, shift scheduling, and inventory control.
• Optimize kitchen workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and FSSAI standards.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and onboard new corporate clients and bulk order opportunities.
• Drive B2B and B2C sales strategies to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Build strategic partnerships with aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) and food platforms.
• Create and execute promotions, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns.

Client & Order Management

• Manage corporate and bulk orders end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and feedback.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and ensure high repeat business.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Analyze operational data to generate reports on production, sales, and customer feedback.
• Track KPIs and present regular updates to senior management.
• Implement improvements based on performance analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing a cloud kitchen or commercial kitchen with business development responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of food delivery operations, aggregator platforms, and corporate catering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cost control, procurement, and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
