Role Description

on-site operational management role

oversee day-to-day cloud kitchen operations

• Operational workflow management
• Quality control & consistency
• Customer satisfaction and timely order dispatch
• Inventory & stock management
• Food cost monitoring and wastage control
• Raw material procurement & vendor coordination
• Staff coordination, training, and discipline
• Hygiene, safety, and compliance monitoring
• Communication with senior management, reporting, and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Experience in

  cloud kitchen, QSR, or F&B operations management

• Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, and food cost management

• Ability to ensure quality standards, hygiene compliance, and operational efficiency

• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills

• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to daily challenges

• Familiarity with POS systems, order flow, and delivery platform operations

  (Swiggy/Zomato)
• Previous experience managing

  delivery-focused kitchens

  is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively
