Job Description As a Sales Manager for India, your primary focus will be on winning B2B/B2C deals. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and nurturing new opportunities with both prospects and customers, with the ultimate goal of closing deals and hitting revenue targets based on the sales process set by the organization. Your attention will be laser-focused on quarter-over-quarter forecasting of the deal pipeline, growth of closed business, pipeline growth, and customer buying strategies. Key Responsibilities: Focus on new business growth and development by working with prospects/customers to increase their revenue commitment to Xerago through service offerings and upsell and cross-sell. Manage and close a quarterly pipeline of growth for a key set of accounts, including outbound calling, qualifying opportunities, identifying services and upsell and cross-sell, and managing contracts from creation to closure. Provide transparency and visibility into an accurate pipeline through CRM and manage it effectively. Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently. Work closely with potential customers to understand their business objectives and develop customized solutions to meet their needs. Understand the customer's strategic initiatives and align Xerago's offerings to their goals. Demonstrate the ability to articulate a vision that resonates with the customer and highlights the value of Xerago's solutions. Possess a deep understanding of industry trends, business practices, and competitors in every sales cycle. Exhibit passion and energy both externally with customers and internally with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team. Requirements: Ability to generate, qualify, and execute new opportunities to exceed revenue targets 5+ years of direct sales experience with a successful history of achieving or surpassing individual quotas. Demonstrate the ability to communicate a compelling vision that resonates with customers and show the value. Develop trustworthy and enduring relationships with multiple customer executives. Possess a deep comprehension of business practices, industry trends, and competitors for each sales cycle. Demonstrate passion and energy both externally with the customer and internally with cross-functional teams
