Role & responsibilities

Food Quality & Customer Experience

• Follow all kitchen and food handling SOPs.
  
• Maintain food taste, portioning, quality, and hygiene.
  
• Ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
  
• Reduce dispatch errors and achieve food rating targets.
  
• Maintain 100% product availability.
  
• Ensure products are served within shelf life.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in

  cloud kitchen, QSR, delivery kitchen, or F&B operations

  (13 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

  .
• Knowledge of

  order management, dispatch flow, and coordination with delivery partners

  .
• Ability to manage

  inventory, GRN, shelf-life, and food cost control

  .
• Comfortable with

  daily reporting, MIS, and basic financial controls

  .
• Good people management skills – training, rostering, and team coordination.
  
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, high-pressure

  delivery environment.
• Problem-solving attitude with focus on

  reducing errors and improving speed

  .
• Basic computer knowledge – apps, dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets.
  
• Flexible to work in

  rotational shifts and weekends

  .
• Strong focus on

  SOP adherence

  and operational discipline.
