About OmniReach OmniReach is an industry leader in digital transformation, leveraging advanced cloud platforms to deliver secure, scalable, and automated solutions for our clients. We are seeking a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in either Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the primary platform, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as a secondary platform. This individual contributor role will empower you to architect, automate, and optimize complex cloud environments while supporting multi-cloudmodernization initiatives. Role Overview As a Cloud DevOps Engineer at OmniReach, you will lead the design, deployment, and management of infrastructure primarily on Azure or AWS, while also supporting systems and automation on GCP. You will be responsible for end-to-end cloud operations, process automation, and ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency across all environments. The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and comfortable communicating directly with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure or AWS as the primary environment, and support additional systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or AWS CloudFormation. Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes, managing clusters in primary and secondary clouds. Implement and optimize monitoring and alerting using native cloud tools (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Cloud Monitoring) and third-party solutions (Prometheus, Grafana). Enforce cloud security best practices (IAM, RBAC, least privilege, firewalls, security groups) and support compliance requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and networking issues across clouds. Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure cloud architecture meets performance, security, and operational requirements. Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for all cloud environments, processes, and standards. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer. Expertise in either Microsoft Azure or AWS (primary platform): o For Azure: Azure VMs, AKS (Kubernetes), Azure Networking, IAM, Resource Groups, Load Balancers, Storage, ARM Templates, Azure DevOps. o For AWS: EC2, EKS (Kubernetes), VPC, IAM, Security Groups, CloudFormation, S3, CloudWatch, CodePipeline. Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as a secondary cloud (Compute Engine, GKE, IAM, VPC, Cloud Monitoring, etc.). Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform required;CloudFormation or ARM Templates are a plus). Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash/Shell, or PowerShell. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools across clouds. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred/Bonus Skills Experience supporting hybrid or multi-cloud architectures. Familiarity with serverless, event-driven architectures. Knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization. Exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, etc.). Show more Show less
