Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Payroll and Benefits modules . The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to provide functional solutions, implement enhancements, support production issues, and ensure smooth payroll and benefits operations. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits modules. Configure and support Oracle Payroll, Fast Formulas, Elements, Balances, and Benefits setups. Work on payroll processing, retro-paying, costing, and year-end processes. Perform system testing, validation, and support UAT. Collaborate with technical teams for RICEW development and troubleshooting. Provide end-user support and training documentation. Manage issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning. Participant in implementation, upgrade, or roll-out projects as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Payroll and Benefits (preferably in R12.2.9). Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll setups, Fast Formulas, and legislative compliance (US and/or global). Experience with Benefits Administration and integration with HRMS. Good understanding of functional flows and interdependencies across HR, Payroll, and Benefits. Experience working with technical teams and understanding of PL/SQL and data flows. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.

Job Description The main role of a Support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems. The key skills used on a daily basis are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. Job Responsibilities: Overall, 7 plus years of experience in Fusion HCM, at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure with module-leading hands-on experience in any of the two modules Should set up a Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating Units, etc. Should create Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT and EIT for employees of the organization. Worked on end-to-end implementation in Global HR, Compensation , Talent, and ORC modules, creating value sets and using them in flex fields like Descriptive / Extensible. Experience in Element Configuration using Payroll Batch Loader, has good knowledge of fast formulas and wrote fast formulas for Payroll/Compensation/Benefit module.
