Job Description

Job Summary:

Payroll and Benefits modules

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits modules.
Configure and support Oracle Payroll, Fast Formulas, Elements, Balances, and Benefits setups.
Work on payroll processing, retro-paying, costing, and year-end processes.
Perform system testing, validation, and support UAT.
Collaborate with technical teams for RICEW development and troubleshooting.
Provide end-user support and training documentation.
Manage issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Participant in implementation, upgrade, or roll-out projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Payroll and Benefits (preferably in R12.2.9).
Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll setups, Fast Formulas, and legislative compliance (US and/or global).
Experience with Benefits Administration and integration with HRMS.
Good understanding of functional flows and interdependencies across HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
Experience working with technical teams and understanding of PL/SQL and data flows.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.
