Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation

    : Identify and target potential customers within assigned markets (USA, Canada, Middle East, UK, Europe) through various channels -emails, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Outbound Campaigns

    : Execute outbound campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in our products/services, aiming to schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.
  • Relationship Building

    : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Market Research

    : Continuously research and understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform demand generation strategies.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team

    : Work closely with the sales team to ensure the seamless handoff of qualified leads and support them in achieving overall sales targets.
  • Reporting & Metrics

    : Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Content Engagement

    : Leverage marketing content and resources to engage prospects and drive conversations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • IT Services expertise

    is an added advantage, with a solid understanding of the IT landscape and how technology solutions can meet business needs.
  • Proven inside sales experience in the USA, Global market, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate product/services value propositions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and professional networking sites (LinkedIn and Sales navigator).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends in the USA, Canada, Middle East, UK, and Europe is a plus.
