Job Title:

Job Summary:

Pega Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Pega applications and workflows using Pega PRPC.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize and configure Pega systems to meet client specifications.
Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Integrate Pega applications with external APIs, web services, and legacy systems.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
Document system configurations and development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in
Pega PRPC (7.x or higher)
.
CSSA certification
(Certified Senior System Architect) preferred.
Strong knowledge of
Java, J2EE, SQL
, and
Web Services
.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in Pega development.
