Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using
Pega PRPC
.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions.
Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries within the Pega platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Integrate Pega with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
Create documentation including technical specifications, deployment guides, and support materials.
Provide support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience with
Pega PRPC
development.
Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, LSA) strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Pega 8.x versions or higher
Solid understanding of
BPM concepts
