Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Jira (Cloud/Data Center), Confluence, and JSM platforms
Design, configure, and optimize workflows, schemes, permissions, and automations
Implement and manage advanced automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Strong hands-on experience with ScriptRunner (custom scripts, listeners, post-functions)
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for stakeholders
Support integrations with third-party tools and internal systems
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide BAU support with a strong customer-first mindset
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform governance and best practices
