Position: Business Analyst/ Project Manager Role Overview: As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Kasmo, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, working with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and oversee planning, deployment, and post-launch support. Required Skills • Educational Qualifications: MBA, or anything relevant. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or BA/PM role, with direct involvement in Salesforce implementations. • Proven track record of managing and delivering full lifecycle Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or other Salesforce products). • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including configuration, customization, automation and sharing and visibility. • Hands-on experience in creating user stories, process documentation, and managing backlogs using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. • Solid project management skills, preferably with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
