Job Description

Role Overview : As a GCC Sales Leader at Kasmo, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Salesforce and Snowflake solutions with GCCs. You will leverage your deep understanding of the GCC companies and your proven sales expertise to acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our digital business in a high-growth market and contribute significantly to Kasmo's success. Key Responsibilities: • Business Development: o Identify and target potential clients Global Capability Centers (GCCs) o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and achieve ambitious revenue growth targets. o Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape within the GCC market. o Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and leveraging your existing network. o Present Kasmo's Digital solutions and value proposition effectively to prospective clients through presentations, proposals, and meetings. o Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. • Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their evolving consulting needs. o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to their digital transformation challenges within the GCC. o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and responsive issue resolution. o Accurately forecast sales pipelines and revenue projections. o Track and report on sales activities, progress against targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). o Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations within the GCC market. o Work closely with Kasmo's Practice teams to ensure effective delivery of consulting services to clients. o Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing, HR and operations, to support sales efforts and ensure client success. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's / masters degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3-5 years of proven experience in consulting sales or business development with GCC customers. • A strong understanding of the GCC landscape, including local laws, compensation practices, and key industries trends. • A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities within the GCC business community. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. • Existing network of contacts within GCC-based companies is highly desirable
