Job Description

Client Operations Executive FinAware

What Youll Do

Operations Management:
Oversee daily execution and operations of the Finaware product and client programs.
Client Coordination:
Act as a bridge between internal teams, clients, and on-ground agencies to ensure smooth delivery.
Partner Management:
Liaise with training agencies and partners to align schedules, requirements, and session logistics.
Platform Training:
Conduct training sessions for partners and clients on how to use the Finaware product and portal effectively.
Reporting Documentation:
Maintain trackers, attendance reports, and compliance documentation as per SEBI norms.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor program progress and ensure a high standard of delivery across all activities.
Process Support:
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
