Client Operations Executive

The group includes locations in Sidcup, Woolwich, Slough, and Gatwick, operating in secure, CCTV monitored warehouses with a total capacity of approximately 165,000 sq. ft.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Operations Executive located in Vadodara. The Client Operations Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, and supporting sales and consulting efforts. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, handling inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfilment, and ensuring smooth execution of client projects and contracts.
