Job Description

We are looking for a Client Operations Executive who will act as the primary interface between our clients and internal teams for manpower deployment, attendance, salary coordination, and compliance updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send daily/weekly deployment updates to clients.
  • Draft professional client emails regarding manpower status.
  • Coordinate with internal backend teams to collect data for client updates.
  • Maintain deployment trackers, salary revisions, and compliance records.
  • Follow up with internal teams on pending inputs for client updates.
  • Prepare weekly MIS reports for management review.
  • Escalate any urgent issues to management on priority.

Skill Set Required:

  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Professional email drafting capability.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Quick learner who can grasp manpower deployment & compliance processes.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable handling client calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
