Our internet-based Integrated Fulfilment System provides seamless automation of online ordering and fulfilment processes, giving clients 24/7 real-time access to stock details, order processing, and management reports. We cater to varied fulfilment needs, from online fulfilment to marketing fulfilment, serving both large organizations and small e-commerce businesses. The group includes locations in Sidcup, Woolwich, Slough, and Gatwick, operating in secure, CCTV monitored warehouses with a total capacity of approximately 165,000 sq. ft. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Operations Executive located in Vadodara. The Client Operations Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, and supporting sales and consulting efforts. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, handling inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfilment, and ensuring smooth execution of client projects and contracts. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills Experience in Account Management and Sales Consulting skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the logistics and fulfilment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
