Job Description

  • Own Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for clients using FinAware
  • Product Walkthroughs: Conducting smooth demos of product & platform to prospective clients.
  • Plan & Execute IAPs: Manage scheduling, trainers, logistics, and delivery for online/offline sessions.
  • Data & Reporting: Track program performance on Finaware and deliver meaningful insights to clients.
  • Research: Continuous research engagements checking on financial literacy programs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Align all programs with SEBI regulations and maintain complete audit trails.

Skillls

:
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (English required; Hindi/Marathi is a plus).
  • Strong coordination, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and online meeting tools.
  • A relationship-builder who enjoys meeting and talking to people.
  • Personality:

    Proactive, adaptable, and excited about learning in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Experience

:
  • 1-2 years in client servicing, program coordination, BFSI sales, or investor education (financial literacy experience is a plus
